Ingrid Meyer is a masters level therapist who is trained in individual, family and child therapy. Ingrid received her Masters degree in psychology from Saint Mary's University in Minnesota in 2001 and went on to work at Washburn Center for Children providing family, group and child therapy for many years. Ingrid practiced independently as Licensed Psychologist in Minneapolis for 7 years prior to coming to Iowa, where she is currently seeking licensure. Ingrid has worked with children, adults and families for over 20 years, and specializes in Experiential Play Therapy, sand tray therapy, family therapy, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, trauma recovery, and attachment work. Ingrid is dedicated to helping clients move through diverse experiences with courage, presence and compassion.
